Dueling Time....

Hi Friends....

Its time for our April duel....Terry was our hostess this month, and the kit she sent was fabulous! Our challenge was to make a card for the guy in our life. Masculine cards are something that I don't have alot of...so this was a great challenge.

Items in our kit....
Images: 'On the Fly' - SU!
Ribbon: Black grosgrain - Celebrate it (Michaels)
Metal Ring - rectangle - Paper Studio
Metal Dots - Colorbok (silver)

There was so much in the kit, that I used just part of it....

The guy in my life is my son....he is an amazing young man. He just recently completed his schooling, and has moved to Pennsylvania to start a new job. I miss him, but am so proud of him.

Thanks for stopping by today!

  1. Great card! Love how you too colored the image. Going to have to case the layout. I really like how the images are "off" the DP.

  9. What a wonderful card, Michelle! I like how your red framing sets off the coloring of your images. It accents the background DP at the same time! (how come I never think of this?) Loved hearing about your son and his success! You must be very proud and happy for him!
