This month our hostess was Jeanette, and our theme is 'Bring out the Kid in You. We needed to add to our card something that shows off our childhood or favorite things we did as a kid. The card kit was awesome, it had something of everything, and I only used some of the embellishments that she sent.
Some of the things that I did with my childhood/teenage friend was bike ride, board games, and card games...especially Crazy Eights and Rummy.
This is what I came up with!
Image: Me and My Big Ideas Kelly & Kelly
Cardstock: SU! Kraft
Designer Paper: DCWV The Guy Stack (blue paper), EK Success (Scrabble Paper)
Embellishments: Darice Rhinestones, Gartner Brides Table Confetti paper flowers, and Scrabble titles, and a playing card.
Thanks for stopping by today!

ReplyDeleteYour comment about riding bikes brought back a memory from my past. My friends and I used to use a clothespin to attach a playing card to our bike tires.... so it would go clickity click on the spokes when we rode our bikes. Did you do that, too?
